The Herald Building
The Herald Building is part of a major revitalization plan for Burnet Avenue. The project will be 46,000 SF (Herald Building) & 126,000 SF (CCHM Center) medical building with a mix of retail and office space. The development is accompanied by a 1,450 vehicle parking garage and a .7 acre urban site. The combined buildings will house over 450+ employees. Highland Gateway Development
Located at the intersection of Alexandria Pike (US-27) & Sunset Drive, the Highland Heights Gateway Development is just north of the primary entrance to Northern Kentucky University. Current enrollment at the university is 14,617 and is mandated to grow to 22,520 by 2020. The development is currently planned to include three buildings.
