Highland Gateway Development

Located at the intersection of Alexandria Pike (US-27) & Sunset Drive, the Highland Heights Gateway Development is just north of the primary entrance to Northern Kentucky University. Current enrollment at the university is 14,617 and is mandated to grow to 22,520 by 2020. The development is currently planned to include three buildings. We are negotiating with a restaurant for the South pad building, have strong interest for the multi-tenant retail building between the North and South pads, and are actively seeking a user for the North pad. The development offers traffic light access, monument signage, and exposure to over 53,400 cars a day (2007 Actual Count). Stetson Square

Stetson Square is an upscale mixed-use development located in Correyville across from the University Hospital Medical Complex.
