Charlotte Gardens
Charlotte Gardens will be Midland Retail's newest retail development in Dayton, Ohio. The upscale urban development is located on Far Hills Drive in Kettering and will be anchored by Noodles & Company and include Dewey's Pizza and First Financial Bank. Eastgate Panera/City BBQ Development

Midland Retail is under construction on their newest east side development in Union Township which will be a Panera Bread/City BBQ combo building. The company purchased a 1 acre outparcel in front of the Meijer Store in Eastgate and will be completing construction on the 7,875 sf building in late September. This will be the 19th Panera store in Greater Cincinnati and the 3rd location for City BBQ.

Houston Road Shoppes
Midland Retail's latest development is under construction on Houston Road in Florence on an outparcel to Meijer. The development is 100% pre-leased with the building shell and site work to be completed in August. Tenants in the project include: Potbelly Sandwich Works, Noodles & Company, Inkstop, ImmediaDent and Massage Envy and they are projected to open around October 1st. The upscale center was designed by Mark Bredemeier, a partner at KBA.
