Rudino's Pizza & Grinders enters the Cincinnati market
Rudino's Pizza & Grinders has signed a five year lease for 3,500 SF. The space is located just south of Perin Rd along Montgomery Rd. Rudino's Pizza & Grinders is based out of North Carolina. Peter Joseph brokered the deal.

Papa Johns Pizza at Centennial Plaza
Papa Johns Pizza has signed a five year lease for 1,650 SF at Centennial Plaza in Independence, KY. The deal was brokered by Peter Joseph for the Ashley Commercial Group. Papa Johns Pizza looks to open before the end of the year.
