Green Dog Cafe to Open at Columbia Square
Green Dog Cafe has recently signed a 7 year lease for a 3,300 SF space at Columbia Square. Columbia Square is located at the intersection of Columbia Parkway & Delta Avenue. Green Dog Cafe will be joining Anytime Fitness, Breugger Bagel's, and Gymboree. Green Dog Cafe plans to open in early August. The deal was brokered by Peter Borchers & Casey Ward.

Cincinnati Tan to Open at Evendale Commons
Cincinnati Tan has recently signed a 5 year lease for a 2,700 SF space at Evendale Commons. Evendale Commons is located at Princeton-Glendale Rd & Reading Rd (SR-42). Cincinnati Tan will be joining Chipotle, Starbucks & Verizon Wireless. Cincinnati Tan plans to open in July. The deal was brokered by Peter Borchers & Casey Ward.

Chipotle relocating in Kettering
The partners at Midland Retail and Rookwood Properties recently closed on land in Kettering and have begun construction of a freestanding Chipotle Mexican Grill. Chipotle will be relocating from their current unit which is just north on Far Hills Avenue. The company signed a 10 year lease and will open their new location later this summer.

Chick-fil-A to open in Florence
Chick-fil-A signed a 20 year lease with Midland Retail for a 1.6 acre outparcel that the company purchased in March 2009. The outparcel is located on Houston Road adjacent to Midland Retail's Houston Road Shoppes. The restaurant will start construction in May with a planned opening in September. This will be Chick-fil-A's 5th freestanding restaurant in greater Cincinnati.
