Panera Bread & City Barbeque now open in Eastgate
Panera Bread and City Barbeque are now open in Eastgate, OH. This is Midland Retail's latest development in Clermont County. Midland Retail purchased a one acre pad outparcel in front of Meijer in Eastgate and completed construction on the 7,875 sf building in October. This is the 19th Panera store in Greater Cincinnati and the 3rd location for City Barbeque and both are reporting very strong opening sales volumes.
