Chipotle on Fountain Square
Chipotle signed a 10 year lease with 5/3 Bank to open its first downtown unit in the Cincinnati CBD. The restaurant will be located on Fountain Square along Vine across from Joseph Bank. Casey Ward brokered the deal.

Anytime Fitness in Columbia Square
Pre-Leasing is under way on Phase II of Al Neyer, Inc.'s Columbia Square Development. Midland Retail recently negotiated a five year lease with Anytime Fitness, a 24 hour fitness facility offering personal training and massage, to occupy 4,000 SF. Set to open in December of 2008, this will be the first 24 hour fitness center in the Columbia Tusculum/Mt. Lookout area.

Verizon Wireless in Hyde Park
Midland Retail has signed a seven year lease with Tower Wireless, a premier Verizon dealer, for the remaining 1,959 SF in its project at the intersection of Wasson and Paxton in Hyde Park/Oakley. This will be the first and only Verizon store in the Hyde Park trade area. Tower Wireless is slated to open in November.

Karma Asian Bistro in Anderson Towne Center
Midland Retail has signed a five year lease with Karma Asian Bistro for the 1,100 SF space at Anderson Towne Center next to Carrabas. Karma will serve Thai, Sushi, Vietnamese, Lao, and Japanese cuisine. This contemporary space is slated to open November 1st, 2008. Peter Borchers brokered the deal
