Chipotle - Stetson Square
June 2008 - Chipotle signed a 10 year lease at Stetson Square in Correyville. Stetson Square is an upscale mixed use project that was completed in 2007 located directly across from the University Hospital Medical Complex. They are projected to open in December of this year and it will mark the 21st store opening for Chipotle in Greater Cincinnati. Casey Ward of Midland Retail brokered the deal.

Frame Game Opening in Anderson Station
June 2008 - After 20 years in their original location, Frame Game, a custom framing store and gallery, has signed a 3 year lease at Anderson Station on Beechmont Avenue. Peter Borchers brokered the deal for Landlord American Commercial Realty Corp.

Chipotle - Norwood
June 2008 - Chipotle signed a 10 year lease at Surrey Square Mall in Norwood. Casey Ward brokered the deal with property owner Centro Property Group. Chipotle will take the south endcap of the shopping center which is currently undergoing a complete renovation. This will mark the chain's 20th open restaurant in Greater Cincinnati and they plan on an early fall store opening.

Roadhouse Grill Sells
May 2008 - Yelton's Fine Jewelry paid $1,700,000 for the former Roadhouse Grill in West Chester. The 20 year old jeweler will operate approximately 2/3 of the building which is a 1/2 mile north of the newly opened IKEA store. Yelton's will lease the remaining 2,500 sf to a quick casual restaurant and plan on opening the renovated building in October 2008. Casey Ward brokered the deal and will market the remaining space.
