C.J. Judge - Vice President

Judge represents retail properties for sale, lease, and development. In addition, he assists clients with tenant representation, asset acquisition and disposition, investment analysis, broker opinion of value, and multi-market site selection services. Prior to beginning his career in retail real estate, Judge worked as a commercial real estate underwriter for a regional bank, and a development associate for a residential land development company. He holds a BA in Economics and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate.

Peter Borchers - Retail Specialist

Borchers joined Midland Retail in 2007. His focus is restaurant placement and representation. In addition, he represents retail properties for sale and lease, working with some of the areas most notable developers. Prior to joining Midland Retail, Borchers worked for 15 years in the restaurant business as a general manager and partner. He holds a BA in economics and also owns a local retail business with his wife.

Todd Vollmer - Retail Specialist

Vollmer represents retail properties for sale, lease, and development. In addition, he assists clients with tenant representation, investment analysis, broker opinion of value, and multi-market site selection services. Vollmer has worked in real estate since 2003 and is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BA in Communications, and an emphasis on public relations and marketing.

Vollmer is heavily involved in Cincinnati fund raising. In 2008 he was named "The Leukemia Lymphoma Society Man of the Year." He set an Ohio record in raising funds for research and development in the fight against blood cancers and is in the running for "National Man of the Year.' Vollmer is also an active fundraiser for 'Adventures For Wish Kids' which provides continuing support and lasting memories for children and adolescents with life threatening illness and their families.

Vollmer is also involved with community athletics. He is the program director and varsity coach for Ursuline Academy lacrosse and is involved in Cincinnati youth lacrosse development.

Peter Joseph - Retail Specialist

Peter Joseph joined Midland Retail in 2008 after an eight year tenure with Colliers, Turley, Martin & Tucker in Cincinnati. Joseph specializes in the sale, leasing, and development of retail properties throughout the Tri-state area. He assists clients with tenant representation, asset acquisition and disposition, investment portfolios and multi-market site selection. Joseph holds a BA from Denison University and is a member of ICSC and licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.

Brad Austing - Development & Brokerage Executive

Austing joined Midland Retail in 2011 with a comprehensive focus on development, build to suit, leasing and tenant representation. His diverse professional experience has given him the exposure and expertise to manage all aspects of projects from origination, development, entitlements, financials, design and construction through to project build out and lease up. Prior to joining Midland Retail he was Vice President & Development Division Manager at Cincinnati based Towne Properties from 2000 – 2010. Previous to his experience at Towne Properties he was Owner and President of Austing Construction Inc.

Austing has successfully spearheaded 18 development projects within 13 jurisdictions, across 2 states (OH & KY) comprised of 1,212 development acres with an estimated completion value of $885MM. Project experience, both urban and suburban, includes master planned communities, single family, multi-family, retail and mixed-use. Major markets include Greater Cincinnati, Dayton and Lexington.

Austing is the current Chairman and former President, Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Land Development Council of Northern Kentucky. Additionally, he is a current Past President and former Vice President and Secretary/Treasurer of the Ohio Valley Development Council. He is an accredited LEED Green Associate and a member of ICSC. He is licensed to practice real estate in Ohio
